Programs
The Obetz Youth Football and Cheer Programs have 3 Divisions: Mini, Junior, and Senior.
Registration for Obetz residents and Hamilton Township students is currently open. Registration is FREE for these groups! Registration outside of these groups will open on May 1st.
Season Timeframe: Mid-July through the end of October
Mini Division: Grades 1-2 (Cheer is K-2)
Junior Division: Grades 3-4
Senior Division: Grades 5-6
Once registration is over, you'll receive information regarding the season through an email. This email will come sometime in the weeks leading up to the start date of the season, and it will equip you with everything you need to know about the season!

EQUIPMENT
Helmets and shoulder pads are included with registration. These are returned at the end of the season. Players are supplied with game pants and jerseys. Players will keep their jerseys and pants at the end of the season. Each player will be responsible for their own cleats and mouthpieces.
PRACTICE
Practices will start in mid-July. Football will practice Monday through Thursday until school starts. We'll go to Tuesday through Thursday when the kids go back to school.
Cheer will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cheer practices are subject to change in order to accommodate coaches!
Football and Cheer practices are held in the grass fields directly next to the Obetz Athletic Club. Practices start at 6:00 pm, and will not go any later than 8:00 pm.
We will also occasionally practice in Fortress Obetz when it is available to us.
GAMES
Our home games will be played in Fortress Obetz. This is the stadium-like venue directly next to the Obetz Athletic Club. Our games will be played on Sunday afternoons.

Our games will start in mid-August. It's a 10 week season. We'll have 8 regular season games followed by 2 weeks of playoffs. Games will not be played on Labor Day Weekend.
LEAGUE INFO
Obetz plays in the Ohio Premier Youth Football League (OPYFL).
Other organizations in the OPYFL include Grove City Kids Association, Central Crossing, Hilliard Elite, and Groveport Madison Youth Football.
