Payment in full is due 7 days from request approval to secure the date. An invoice will be sent via email to the email address associated with your account. You can make payment online via credit card or stop by the Obetz Community Center during operating hours to make a payment.
Measurements: Ground Floor: Approx. 80 ft X 30 ft; Upper Loft Level 80ft X 11ft
Available for use: 170 chairs, (17) 60 inch round tables, (12) 48 inch round tables, (6) 6 ft rectangular tables, men and women restrooms, a kitchen with a sink, fridge, and three outlets for appliances. There is also a projector set up with an HDMI and VGA hookup, as well as, surround sound speaker system with AUX cord hookup.
Air conditioning and heat are not available in this facility, but garage doors can be opened and closed as you wish.

Please take a moment to review the following important points:
1. Access to the Building: When you arrive at the Dixon Quarry Pavilion, it is crucial that you call our scheduled events line at [614-570-0314]. Our staff will remotely unlock the building for you, granting you access. You must be able to provide identifying information such as your name and permit number for the facility to be unlocked. Similarly, at the end of your rental period, please call the scheduled events line again for our staff to remotely lock the facility.
2. Cleaning Responsibilities: All necessary cleaning supplies and a checklist of cleaning tasks can be found in the kitchen area. It is imperative that all cleaning tasks are completed by the end time specified in your rental contract in order to receive your deposit back. Failure to do so may result in extra fees being charged for uncompleted tasks or for staying past the permitted timeframe.
3. DJ Setup Instructions: If you have arranged for a DJ at your event, please ensure that they set up on the driveway side (North Side) of the pavilion facing towards the warehouses. DJs are not permitted to set up outside of the building or face the surrounding housing developments. We kindly ask that you consider our neighbors and refrain from creating a loud environment for our surrounding houses. Failure to comply with this request may result in your deposit being withheld, failure to rent the facility in the future, along with an additional fine.
4. Decoration Guidelines: Please note that decorations should not be tacked or affixed to any walls within the Pavilion. We kindly ask for your cooperation in this matter to preserve the integrity of the facility.
5. Balloon Policy: Helium balloons are not permitted within the Pavilion. In the very likely instance that a helium balloon gets loose, it requires a special rental of a bucket truck to retrieve it. Nobody wants a graduation balloon at their wedding or vice versa. Please be respectful of others and do not include helium balloons in your decoration plans.
