Apply to be a youth sports head or assistant coach!
Prepare before you enroll: Forms time out after 30 minutes and will boot you off the page. We will be asking for the following on the application form, so complete these steps prior to applying.
1.) Complete Concussion Training (about a 30-45 min time commitment) at https://nfhslearn.com/courses/concussion-in-sports-2 and be prepared to upload your certificate of completion when submitting your application here.
2.) Sign Linday's Law Form (Found under "Forms" tab on RecDesk homepage). You will be asked to upload a signed copy on the application. Electronic Signatures are accepted.

Note:
A background check is REQUIRED to be a coach for our youth sports leagues. This can be completed at the Obetz Police Department at no cost to you. You cannot step on the field in a coaching capacity without a completed background check. A list of Disqualifications can be found under the "Forms" tab on the RecDesk homepage.
